SCAMS EDUCAFE AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH

Alert message sent 17/05/2022 12:53:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

I am attaching a document with information on further scams that are currently circulating.

If you have any problem opening the links, please copy and paste them into your browser to access the articles.

Tomorrow Wednesday 18 May I shall be having a Neighbourhood Watch table at Newbury Library (upstairs) from 11.00 am – 2.00 pm with leaflets and stickers.   It is a good opportunity for residents wishing to find out about setting up a scheme and Coordinators to come along and meet myself and colleagues.

If you receive the TVP/NHW Alerts as a resident and there is no Neighbourhood Watch scheme in your road or part of the road, it would be great if you would consider covering a few properties and start up a scheme.   With email, it is so easy to forward the messages on to your neighbours.   Alternatively, this can be via a WhatsApp or closed Facebook Group for your scheme.  Neighbourhood Watch scheme members are able to obtain various discounts such as on household and possibly other insurance, also from some Security Companies and other local discounts.   You will receive free street signs, stickers and leaflets.   Please contact me via my email ajmy5m7@inbox.com or phone 01635 40866 or 07774962641.

Best wishes

Angela Money BEM
