Police, with assistance from representatives of the Council, used Sec 61 CJPOA power's this evening to move off the travellers who had set up camp on the Rye.   Concerns had been raised from the community about the behaviour of certain members of the group.  With this causing significant concern at that location this allowed to use the powers lawfully to move them off the land.  Thank you to all of those who took the time to update us.  Yours call really do help in us being able to tackle problems.
