Aylesbury Anti-Social Behaviour Week - Partial Closure Order

Following concerning reports of anti-social behaviour, the Aylesbury North Neighbourhood team have today obtained a partial closure order for an address on Hastoe Park in the Elmhurst area of Aylesbury.

PC 3043 HAY and PC 3231 COLLINS attended Milton Keynes Magistrate's Court this morning and the order was successfully granted for a period of 3 months.

This action has been taken to protect the occupant, the local community and to disrupt criminal behaviour.

What does this mean? It is now a criminal offence for anyone other than those listed on the order to enter the property for a period of 3 months.
