We are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage following a public order incident in Oxford.

At around 12pm yesterday (26/6), a 16-year-old boy was walking along Gipsy Lane, when a male has followed him in his vehicle shouting abuse and threats. 

The vehicle was a black Volkswagen golf with five doors.

The offender is described as a black male, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build, with short black hair and a black beard. The male spoke with an Oxford accent and was wearing a grey zip-up jumper.
