Alert message sent 31/12/2019 14:59:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

At around 3.45pm on Thursday, a man was walking his dog near to the Rugby Club at Upton Court Park, Slough when he was approached by another man.

The man spoke to the victim briefly about his dog and then kicked him in the groin causing him to fall into a bush.

The victim picked himself out of the bush and pushed the offender away. A member of the public then intervened and both men walked away.

The offender is described as a white man, in his late 20s to early 30s, around 5ft 10ins-6ft tall. He was wearing a black beanie hat, a light grey sweatshirt and jogging bottoms.

Investigating officer PC Robyn Pulling is keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident.
“This area was busy with dog walkers on Boxing Day afternoon and I urge anyone in the area to think about whether they saw or heard anything. I would like to specifically appeal to the member of the public who intervened as I believe they may have vital information."
