Appeal for witnesses following an incident in Abingdon

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident by the multi-storey car park in Broad Street, Abingdon.
 
At around 2.45pm pm Monday 9 December the victim, a 46-year-old man, was walking towards Abingdon town centre when he was approached by a man who threatened him verbally.
 
The offender is described as a white man, around 6ft tall, aged in his fifties, slim with a black beard, moustache and black short hair. He was wearing a brown jacket, jeans and was riding a dark blue mountain bike.
