Appeal for witnesses following two burglaries in Shrivenham

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following two burglaries in Shrivenham.

Occurrence reference: 43190298880: Between Sunday 22nd of September and Wednesday 25th September unknown offenders broke into a property on Colton Road. Medals, cufflinks, rings and jewellery were stolen. A blue Volvo S60 was also stolen from the driveway.

The three miniature medals are all on the same pin. One is a GSM with a Northern Ireland band. The ribbon is a purple centre and green either side. The middle medal was a jubilee medal, gold in colour, slightly smaller than the other two and on a white centre and blue either side ribbon, the 3rd medal is a long service and good conduct with bar, ribbon is maroon with white stripes on the edge.

The wedding rings are engraved with initials and a wedding date of 31/12/1976.

Occurrence reference: 43190300542: Between Saturday 21st September and Saturday 28th September unknown offenders broke into a property on Cleycourt Road by smashing a rear dining room window. A messy search was carried out and jewellery was stolen.
