Appeal for witness following public order incident in Whitehouse

At around 7.30am on Friday 5 February, a man was in the garden of a property in Vaynol Way when a man walked past and shouted threats at him.
At around 8am on the same day, the man was driving past a building site in Barrosa Way when the the same offender jumped in front of his vehicle and made threats towards him again.
The victim was able to drive away.
The offender is described as a stocky white man in his late thirties and is approximately 5ft 11ins tall. He was wearing navy jogging bottoms, a yellow hi-vis top and was carrying a bag of tools.
