Dear Resident,

Thames Valley Police is releasing an image of two people who officers would like to speak to in connection to an incident in Oxford in which a man was racially abused and assaulted. 

At around 5.55pm on Tuesday 4th April, a man in his sixties was racially abused and assaulted following an argument outside McDonalds on Cornmarket Street, Oxford.
