Ready to Join Us for a Six Day Challenge?

Alert message sent 03/10/2020 10:02:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

We all know that our online security should be a priority. We share a huge amount of personal information online; banking details, photos of our family, our address, passport details and more. In the wrong hands, this information can give someone access to our finances, friends and home or even allow someone to steal our identity.

Despite this, stepping up our online security always seems to fall to the bottom of our to-do list.

We believe it is so important to prioritise this that we're asking you to join us in our challenge - Six Days to Cyber Secure.

From Monday 5 October, we'll be sharing one simple step per day for six days and our Cyber Protect officers Mark and Katie will be on hand to answer any questions you have. Most of these steps you will only need to do once.

On Monday, we’ll share a link to a dedicated webpage where you can join in with each new step to take and by 10 October, you’ll be Cyber Secure and can continue browsing and making transactions online with peace of mind.

You can also join our event on facebook so that you're notified when we share each new step and add any updates.
