Appeal for witnesses following two burglaries to village stores in Middle Barton and Hook Norton, Banbury.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following two burglaries on Thursday (08/07) in the Banbury area.

On Thursday (08/07) between the hours of 00:00 and 00:45 there were two burglaries to two local village stores. One occurred in Middle Barton to the store on the Worton Road and the second occurred at the Post Office Store in Chapel Street, Hook Norton.

Offenders forced entry to both stores and a number of items such as cigarettes, cash and alcohol were stolen. Several offenders were sighted at both locations, along with a Silver Audi vehicle.

If anyone witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in either area during this time, please contact us on the non-emergency number 101 and quote references: 43190243437 (Middle Barton) and 43190243443 (Hook Norton).
