Image appeal for witnesses following assault in Bicester

Thames Valley Police is releasing an image of a man who may have vital information in relation to an assault in Bicester.

At around 4.30pm on Thursday 14 February the victim, a 34-year-old man, was walking in Bure Park Nature Reserve with his family when a dog ran towards them.

The victim asked the dog owner to recall his dog. The dog owner became argumentative and grabbed the victim’s arm. He then took the victim’s phone and threw it in the river.
