NHW MSA Introduction

Alert message sent 31/07/2020 17:59:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

This message is from Val McPherson covering Aylesbury Vale Neighbourhood Watch

Firstly I am sorry to fill your inboxes this afternoon with two messages, but whilst my little grey cells are still working it is easier to send the message now than later.

Although a number of you know me or have spoken to me I thought I would introduce myself  as some of you must be wondering who I am?

I have been doing Neighbourhood Watch for the last 38 years , in London, Bedfordshire and now Thames Valley and became a Co-ordinator, then Area, and expanded my responsibilities, and for many years was the Chair of Thames Valley Neighbourhood Watch and the South East Region Representative for the National NW Association.

I became a Multi Scheme Administrator  (MSA) back in 2012 for Thames Valley looking after the Neighbourhood Alert database and communication system shared with Thames Valley Police.

I have three main objectives,
1. I need to check that all the Co-ordinators details are correct and up to date on the database.
2. The name of your scheme, how many members you have in your scheme  and if your scheme is mapped.  If not I can do this for you.
3. Supply free NHW signs and stickers, for new scheme but also replace old ones that have faded or fallen off.

As I do not  wish to receive 595 emails all at once, I will be dividing Aylesbury Vale into sections.

If anyone is interested in starting a new NHW scheme then please email me on: valpranddnhwatch@aol.com
Thank you
Val
