Appeal for witnesses following incident of exposure in Bicester

At around 5.10pm on Friday (6/3) the victim, a 48-year-old woman, was walking into Bicester town centre along Town Walk West, before the railway underpass when an unknown man exposed his genitals to her.

The offender is described as a white man, between 18 to 23-years-old, around 5ft 8ins tall and of average build. He had short dark hair, wispy facial hair on his chin and a dark moustache.

He was wearing a black coat with a grey hooded top underneath and black jogging bottoms.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Evonne Letch, based at Bicester police station said: “I am appealing for witnesses following this incident of exposure, which was a disturbing experience for the victim.

“We would like anyone with information on this to come forward and speak to police.

“If anyone believes they witnessed this incident, or has any information relating to it, please contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting reference 43200077402.

“Reports can also be made online via the Thames Valley Police website.”
