I hardly ever used to get scam calls but my number must be being sold around...
just had a gruff voiced chap asking if I was Mr Gale and could he call round now from the Metropolitan Police (!!!)
 
As always put the phone down.

12/2  Riverside car Park, Datchet Road.  Car rear windscreen smashed, parcel shelf removed and handbag stolen.

CLEWER, DEDWORTH & OAKLEY GREEN:
10/2 - 11/2  Monday 6.15 a.m. / Tuesday 8.30 a.m.  Smith’s Lane.  Attempted burglary.  Someone has attempted to force open a rear patio door.  The door has been damaged.  No entry gained.
10/02  Monday 8 p.m. / 9.30 p.m.  Parsonage Lane.  Attempted Shed Break.  The owner saw torchlight at the back of her property, but thought nothing of it.  In the morning, they found the rear garden gate had been forced and an attempt had been made, to force the lock on her garden shed.
11/2  Tuesday 7.15 p.m.  Basford Way.  4 garages had their locks removed.  Bike and tools stolen.
10/2 - 11/2  Monday 10 a.m. / Tuesday 8.30 a.m.  Kimber Close.  Attempted burglary.  Screw missing from front door lock and jemmy marks found on that and a side door.  No entry gained.
 
CLEWER EAST & PARK:
NO CRIME TO REPORT.

DATCHET, HORTON & WRAYSBURY:
12/2  Wednesday 7 p.m.  Buccleuch Road, Datchet. Burglary.  The owner returned to find their rear patio doors forced.  Untidy search of the whole house, closing the curtains in each room.  Not yet known if anything stolen.
10/2  Monday 1 a.m. / 10.25 a.m.  Montrose Avenue.  Car vandalised.  Front window smashed.
 
OLD WINDSOR:

11/2  Tuesday 8.45 a.m.  Datchet Road.  A car driving along the road, had its window smashed by a golf ball.
