Indecent exposure near to Bure Park

Incident date and time: 10th July 2025 – Approximately 1pm

Location: Wooded area to the rear of Bure Park Primary School in Bicester.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for information following a disturbing incident of indecent exposure which occurred on Thursday 10th July 2025 at approximately 1pm.

3 young female who was sat the Bure Park wooded area encountered the suspect as he approached the females – whilst making eye contact and moving close to them he pulled down his trousers and exposed his penis. The male then continued along the footpath. His behaviour has left the victim’s shocked and distressed.

Description of the suspect.

  • White male (quite pale)
  • Skinny build
  • Approximately 5ft 10inches
  • Aged between 30 – 40 years
  • Short brown hair – longer on top
  • Brown facial hair, longer than stubble but not a full beard.
  • Brown/chocolate coloured T-shirt
  • Grey jogging bottoms
  • Black trainers.
  • "This was a deeply upsetting experience for the victims, and we are taking this incident extremely seriously. We urge anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time to come forward as soon as possible."
