Appeal for witnesses following an incident in Abingdon

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident in Abingdon where a man received an injury from a razorblade in Boxhill Park when clearing litter from a bench yesterday morning (25/11).
 
The blade was attached to the bench using chewing gum. The man also found the same at Chilton Close play area. These items have been removed and a further search conducted.
 
You may see an increased police presence in the area for continued searching and  reassurance.
