Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Good Morning

If you are a business with CCTV you maybe able to help us.

Thames Valley Police have procured a new Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) provided to us by NICE Investigate. It enables us to request evidence digitally and allows yourselves to submit evidence safely and securely.

We are currently rolling the system out across the force and would welcome you to begin submitting evidence digitally, if and when it is needed in the future. This is especially beneficial due to COVID and the need to minimise contact and transfer of material. A few areas have already set this up and it is working successfully.

I have attached a factsheet for you to understand more about the system and would also be happy to discuss this by phone if you require any clarification. This also includes a privacy notice to explain how we protect the data, amongst some other useful documents.

Key benefits
• This service is provided and funded by the police
• Reduced costs compared with burning to disc
• Secure and efficient method of transferring evidence
• Send evidence at your own convenience

I understand you may have had a visit from one of our Police Support Community Officers in relation to the above. In order for me to send you the registration link I will need a business email address. please email
I am grateful for your help and support with this innovative new system.

lastly, can I please ask that you send me an email, or give me a call to let me know that your registration has been successful. Thank you.

Kind Regards
Helen keen
