Appeal for witnesses following robbery - Oxford Road

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Reading.

At 11.20pm on Sunday (12/4), the victim, a woman in her thirties, was involved in an argument with two other women outside Kobeda Palace in Oxford Road. The two women assaulted the victim and a mobile phone, cash and a packet of cigarettes were taken from her. The victim did not require hospital treatment.

One of the offenders is described as a white woman in her early thirties, around 5ft 1ins tall and of a larger build. She was wearing jeans and a dark jacket.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Emma Pointon, based at Reading police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who has any information that could assist with my investigation to come forward.
