Partial Closure Order granted - London Road

Alert message sent 26/02/2020 15:03:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

On Thursday 20 February, Thames Valley Police were successful in securing a Partial Closure Order on a property on London Road.

This follows reports of drug dealing and anti-social behaviour at the property.

The order was granted at High Wycombe Magistrates Court under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Disorder Act 2014. It prohibits anyone other than the registered tenants or support and emergency workers from entering the property for a period of three months. Anyone who breaches this order is committing a crime and could be arrested.

PC Terry Quick, based at High Wycombe station, said: “We had previously attended reports of anti-social behaviour and had also executed several warrants at the address. We recognise the impact that this behaviour can have on the surrounding community and we hope that this Partial Closure Order will reassure residents in the area that this behaviour will never be tolerated.”

If you have any information about anti-social behaviour or drug activity in your neighbourhood, you can report this to us using our online form or calling the 24-hour non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.
