Alert message sent 01/11/2019 14:24:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of robbery in High Wycombe.

Between 5.30pm and 8.30pm on Thursday (31/10), a property in Dean Close was broken into after a large rock from the garden was used to break the glass in the back door. A messy search of the property took place and jewellery was taken.

Designated investigator Victoria Rogers, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “This was a frightening experience for the victim, a woman in her sixties, and I am appealing to anybody who was in the area at the time of the offence who believes that they may have any information to contact us. You can call the 24-hour non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 43190339823, or make a report via our online reporting form.

“Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
