Appeal for witnesses following a burglary in Bracknell

Alert message sent 02/10/2019 09:38:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in the Temple Park area of Bracknell.
Between 4.15pm and 6.00pm on Wednesday 25 September offenders gained entry to a detached house in Dunfold Place. Access appears to have been gained into an enclosed rear garden by using a bin in order to climb over a locked side gate, with the offenders then smashing a window in a side door.
Once inside the offenders made an untidy search.
Investiagator C7224 Vicky Burgess is appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or seen anything untoward in the area on that date, or can help on identifying a tubby male who had been in the area touting for gardening work in the previous days,  including any relevant CCTV recordings to call the Thames Valley Police 24-hour contact centre on 101 quoting crime reference 43190297424.

If you don’t want to speak directly to police you can contact “Crimestoppers” anonymously and free of charge on 0800 555 111. It is an independent charity, no personal details will be asked for, calls are not recorded or traced and you would not have to go to court.
