CLEWER EAST & PARK:
24/9 - 25/9  Tuesday 8 p.m. / Wednesday 8.30 a.m.  Clewer Avenue.  Transit broken into BY UNKNOWN MEANS - tools stolen.  3rd time a victim.  If you have a van, you need to have the rear alarmed.  This is generally not fitted as standard - so buy a shed alarm from one of the large online stores.  They are really inexpensive, are battery operated so need no wiring or fitting, fob on and off and have heat and movement sensors.  They sound at 110 dbs. - very loud in a metal can at night !

25/9  Wednesday 3.50 a.m.  Pub, Straight Road.  Burglary.  The owners heard a noise downstairs of broken glass and the fruit machine being smashed.  In the morning they called the police.  CCTV shows two men smashing a window to gain entry.  They then proceed to smash up the fruit machine and removing the cash.  Two laptops may also have been taken.
