Appeal for witnesses following a burglary in Cumnor

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Hurst Rise Road, Cumnor.

The incident took place around 2.20pm on Thursday 19th September after unknown offenders gained access to the property by breaking the door lock. Once inside they stole gold jewellery.

Two men were seen in the back garden of the property. One man was described as white, 5ft 3, early 40s, stocky build and wearing a grey baseball cap, blue sweatshirt and jeans. The second man was described as white 5ft 3 approx late 30s to early 40s, skinny build and wearing a pale brown-beige baseball cap, dark grey sweatshirt and jeans.

A vehicle was seen driving away and was described as a grey saloon with a third man driving who stayed in the vehicle.
