Appeal for witnesses following thefts from vehicles

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following thefts from vehicles in Kingston Bagpuize, Southmoor and Longworth. All these offences took place overnight last Wednesday-Thursday (5 -6th June).
  • Storksbill Lane, Southmoor - golf equipment, cash and sunglasses were stolen from a black Mercedes. Ref:43190169568.
  • Chadelworth Way, Kingston Bagpuize – cash taken from a black Land Rover Discovery. Ref: 43190169573.
  • Laurel Drive, Southmoor – laptop, cash and cards stolen from a grey Land Rover. Ref: 43190169592.
  • Herald Gardens, Kingston Bagpuize – Wallet and loose change stolen from a silver Skoda Fabia. Ref: 43190169742.
  • Cascade Corner, Longworth – a suitcase and spare key were stolen from a white Mercedes. Ref: 43190170636.
  • Field Close, Longworth – cash stolen from a grey Audi A4. Ref: 43190170297.

It is believed that some of these were entered using a device to get a signal from the key. If you have a keyless entry vehicle please consider buying a car signal blocker pouch to keep your keys in.

Always make sure your vehicle is secure, use garages and alarms where possible and do not leave anything in your vehicles.
