Appeal for witnesses following a burglary in Cumnor

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Cumnor.

At 4.52pn on Thursday 9th May unknown offenders broke into a property on Cumnor Hill and stole three hybrid bicycles. The victim heard knocks at the front door and attempts to get in through the back door. The victim saw two males in the back garden.

It is believed they gained access to the property via the garage conversion and that a vehicle was probably waiting for them in the Colgrove Down area.

The first male was described as 5’6, early 20's with olive skin wearing black tracksuit bottoms with a pale stripe down them. He was also wearing a t-shirt and baseball cap.

The other male is described as 5’7, early 20's also with olive skin wearing grey bottoms and no top.
