Appeal for witnesses following burglary in Buckingham

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Buckingham.

Between 8am and 5.45pm on Friday (3/5) unknown offenders have gained access to a house on Hillesden Way, Buckingham by smashing a rear patio door window.

A number of items were stolen including a small amount of cash and jewellery.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Emma Francis, of Local Area CID based at Aylesbury police station, said: “We are investigating this burglary in which both cash and jewellery were stolen.

“Anyone with any information about this incident should call the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 quoting reference '43190133342' or report online.

“Alternatively information can be reported anonymously through independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
