Coordinator review

Alert message sent 24/04/2019 21:35:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

This message is being sent to all Coordinators registered on Neighbourhood Alert Database in Windsor and Maidenhead.

John Diack and I are the two NHW Multi Scheme Administrators (MSAs) responsible for NHW matters across Windsor and Maidenhead and seek your understanding and patience.

A message was earlier sent to all coordinators, on 8/3/19, regarding a “Consent & Registration Form” asking for a response.  The message stated that all coordinators had to sign up to this code of practice in order to be able to continue to act as a NHW coordinator.  However, this requirement has since been withdrawn.   This has created some confusion and our message below is intended to draw a line under the exercise.

If you have not replied to date you need do nothing more and need read no further.

If you did reply we would like to know who you are. You only needed to reply if you were notcontent with the proposed Ethics & Standards guidelines. This was not made clear at the time and we are now addressing the situation.
Therefore, could you please send one of us a simple message saying how you responded?

Again, our apologies for this further imposition on your valuable time and thank you for your assistance.

Colin Meads (NHWN, Multi Scheme Administrator, Windsor and Maidenhead Local Policing Area)
