Appeal for witnesses following an assault in Chipping Norton

Between, 9.15pm and 9.30pm on Sunday (17/2) the victim, a 30-year-old man, was approached by two men outside Chipping Norton Town Hall. They exchanged words before the victim started to walk away. As he walked away one of the men punched him in the face.

The victim sustained a cut to his eye but did not require hospital treatment.
