Hello

Thames Valley Police, Chiltern and South Bucks District Councils’ Community Safety Team and Trading Standards would like to invite you to the launch of Operation Gauntlet, the Chiltern and South Buckinghamshire Scam Awareness and Prevention campaign.

To launch Operation Gauntlet, we are holding two events for members of the public, to raise awareness of current scams and give advice about how to protect yourself from becoming a victim of fraud.

The sessions will also include a presentation by Chief Inspector Tim Hurley (Deputy LPA Commander).

The launch sessions will be held at Chiltern District Council Offices in Amersham on Tuesday 5th March.

• 1st session – 4-5.30pm

• 2nd session – 7-8.30pm

There is no need to book, come along to either session above to find out about current scams and how to protect yourself and others from becoming a victim.

There will be an opportunity at the end of each session for questions and answers
