This message is dated  December 2018 for Windsor.
 
FIRST: A report from Action Fraud.  A resident in Wraysbury has received a letter from an Insurance company asking for more details re car Insurance.  He has not requested a change in his Insurance and is concerned this was someone fraudulently using his identity.
 
If anything like this happens to you, you must do something about it quickly, not just put the letter away and think it’s just a mistake.
 
FOLLOW IT UP ASAP AND INFORM WHOEVER IT IS, THAT YOU HAVE NOT REQUESTED WHATEVER IT IS !

30/11  Friday 1.20 a.m. - 4 a.m.  Club, Victoria Street.  Business burglary through forced glass front doors.  Interior doors damaged possibly in an attempt to access the nightclub.  No entry gained and nothing stolen.
2/12  Sunday 5 p.m. / 9.50 p.m.  Alexandra gardens.  Child’s seat stolen from the back of a bike.
1/12  Saturday 2.20 p.m.  Home Park Car Park, Romney Lane.  2 car windows smashed.  An APPLE LAPTOP & BAG and a second bag stolen.
2/12 - 3/12  Saturday noon / Sunday 9.30 a.m.  Frances Road.  Van parked in the road, stolen overnight.  A white, Mercedes Sprinter an, index L8 ** BAG.
1/12  Saturday 9.45 a.m. / 10.30 a.m.  William Street.  Locked up bike stolen.  A grey & blue, Carrera vengeance, mountain bike.
2/12  Sunday 11.30 a.m. / 10.45 p.m.  Royal Station.  Locked up bike  - with two padlocks - stolen from a bike rack.  A dark blue, man’s roadbike.
 
ETON & ETON WICK:
1/12  Saturday midnight.  Baldwin’s Shore.  House windows smashed and offender ran off.

CLEWER, DEDWORTH & OAKLEY GREEN:
28/11 - 3/12  Wednesday 3 a.m. / Monday 1.20 a.m.  Burnetts Road.  Burglary.  Entry through forced rear French doors.  Untidy search of the whole house.  Macbook Laptop and banking paperwork stolen.
1/12 - 2/12  Saturday 11 p.m. / Sunday noon.  Victor Road.  Shed break.  Locks prised from 2 sheds.  Searched, but nothing stolen.
2/12  Sunday 2 p.m.  Clifton Rise.  Car entered by unknown means - side door found open - car searched, but nothing believed to have been stolen.
 
CLEWER EAST & PARK:

OLD WINDSOR:
30/11  Friday 8.25 p.m.  Pub car park, Straight Road.  Attempted car break in.  It was carried out by four men, who immediately made off in a waiting car,, once they realised they had been seen.  No damage and no entry gained
 
We are currently experiencing high calls for service on 101.
