Witness Appeal after Robbery in Ferry Road, Oxford.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses or information following a robbery in Ferry Road, Oxford on Sunday (29/7) around twenty past midnight.

The offender approached the victim from behind and grabbed her handbag, she resisted but was hit on the head causing her to let go of her handbag.

The offender rode off on an orange hire bicycle, turning left down Marston Road towards Marston.

The man is described as quite tall, slim. He was wearing dark clothes, a baseball cap and a green coloured Halloween face mask or face paint.

 

PC Luke Norman would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident.
