Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following an assault in Aylesbury

At around 3.15am on Sunday (20/8), two men were assaulted on Kingsbury Square outside of Gi-Gees Takeaway by a group of approximately five to seven men. 

The offenders are described as white, black and Asian men, aged between 17 and 21 years old and wearing black or grey tracksuits.

The first victim, aged 22, had to attend Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment for a fracture to his right eye. He was discharged the same day.

The second victim, aged 23, suffered bruising to his face. He was also taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and discharged the same day.

No arrests have been made at this stage.

Investigating officer, DC Rebekah Tyler based at Aylesbury police station, said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to this assault to come forward.

“In particular I would like to speak with anybody who may have been inside of Gi-Gees Takeaway at the time of this incident.”
