Police Officer recruitment eligibility slots are filling up fast - two of the events are now fully booked but availability remains on other dates.

What is the eligibility meeting?

The first stage of the police officer recruitment process is to attend an eligibility meeting. It's an informative session for a morning or afternoon where we will check your documents, assess whether you are eligible to apply, run through the recruitment schedule and answer any questions you may have. 

The schedule for these events is as follows:
  • Monday 3 July, 10am - 12pm, Kidlington (Oxfordshire)
  • Monday 3 July, 5pm - 7pm, Slough (Berkshire) FULLY BOOKED
  • Thursday 6 July, 2pm - 4pm, Sulhamstead (Berkshire)
  • Friday 7 July, 10am - 12pm, Kidlington (Oxfordshire) FULLY BOOKED
  • Friday 7 July, 10am - 12pm, Sulhamstead (Berkshire)
  • Monday 10 July, 2pm - 4pm, Kidlington (Oxfordshire)
  • Tuesday 11 July, 4pm - 6pm, Kidlington (Oxfordshire)

To book your appointment, please email 
recruitmentpoliceoff@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk with the following information:

  • full name
  • contact telephone number
  • highest qualification(s)
  • postcode of home address
  • three dates/times you can attend
Emails will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. A member of the team will be in touch to confirm details of your appointment. Any emails received with missing information will be returned and will cause delay in booking your appointment.
