Appeal for information following a burglary – Buckingham
 
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a recent burglary in Buckingham.
 
At around 6am on Wednesday (19/4) offenders broke into a house being renovated, on Western Avenue. They removed boarding from the back of the premise and unsuccessfully tried to steal copper piping from inside.
 
A radiator was stolen from outside the property.
 
A white Mercedes van, with a registration number starting in ‘WK02’ was seen in the area at the time of the burglary, in suspicious circumstances. The van had 3 white men in it, wearing high-visibility jackets.
 
PC Tom Booth, from Aylesbury Local CID is the officer investigating this crime. He would like to hear from anyone that might have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area around the time of the burglary.
