Appeal for information after robbery – Bracknell

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Bracknell.

At about 11.50pm on Sunday 17 July the victim, a 60-year-old woman, was walking down the footpath between the Royal British Legion and the entrance to Princess Square shopping centre in Bracknell town centre when she was approached by a man.

The man grabbed hold of the victim’s handbag, causing her to fall over, before running away with it.

The offender is white, about 27-years-old, approximately 5ft 8in and wearing a grey hooded top with the hood up.

The victim suffered minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment.

We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who has any information that could help with our investigation.
