We are appealing for witnesses following a public order incident in Didcot. Between 3.45pm and 4pm on Thursday a man entered Day Lewis Pharmacy, Greenwood Way and, was asked by staff to leave, which he did. Shortly after, the man returned to the premises and was again asked to leave. He was then escorted from the store by a number of staff members and members of the public. Once outside the premises, the man repeatedly struck the entrance door before leaving the area. The offender is described as a white man, aged approximately in his mid-thirties to forties, around 5ft 11ins tall of average build with a scruffy beard. A 48-year-old man from Abingdon has been arrested on suspicion of public order offences and has been released on bail whilst enquiries continue. If you witnessed this incident, or who was in the pharmacy at around the time it occurred, to please get in touch.
