E-Bike Enforcement Activity | Croft Road Park, Marston

Today, officers from the North East Neighbourhood Police Team were in Croft Road Park, Marston carrying out checks on the legality of e-bikes being used in the area due to many reports.

A total of five e-bikes were stopped and tested. We are pleased to report that four were found to be compliant with current legislation. However, one e-bike was identified as being illegal and was subsequently seized.

We will continue to carry out proactive patrols and enforcement activity to ensure the safe and lawful use of e-bikes within our communities.
