Witness Appeal- Theft of Motor Vehicle

Good evening,

We are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a red and black Lexmoto moped from Cheney Lane, Oxford, on 16 August 2026.

We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen the moped, witnessed the theft, or observed any suspicious individuals or vehicles in the vicinity.

We are also appealing for CCTV, doorbell camera, or dashcam footage from residents, businesses, and motorists covering Cheney Lane and the surrounding area on 16 August 2026. Footage showing the moped or any persons involved before, during, or after the theft could prove invaluable to our enquiries.

Any information, no matter how small it may seem, could assist the investigation.
