Appeal for witnesses following sexual assault – Oxford

We are appealing for witnesses to come forward following sexual assault in Oxford.  

At around 6.45am on Thursday 26 February, a man approached a 33-year-old woman from behind on Osler Road. He proceeded to inappropriately touch her before walking off.  

The offender is described as a man, around 5ft 3ins  tall and of average build. At the time of the offence, he was wearing a grey puffer jacket, grey backpack and navy-blue trousers.  

Investigating officer PC Bryony Vaughan said: “I am appealing to anybody who may witnessed this incident or have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police. 

“Anyone with information should call 101 or make an online report via our website, quoting crime reference number 43260095962.
