A member of the public spotted what they believed to be a potential drug deal and called it in. Acting swiftly, our team located and detained the vehicle within half an hour.

The driver was arrested on Canal Way, East Challow.

Following a search, officers recovered a number of Class A deals along with over £1,000 in cash. A 28-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. The drugs were seized, and the cash was seized under POCA legislation.

The male also provided false details to officers — and for good reason. He was wanted for recall to prison.
