Appeal for witnesses to assault

Hello Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses to a man being punched outside The Royal Oak pub on Park Road, Didcot, at around 8.30pm on Wednesday.

The victim, aged in his fifties, fell to the floor and suffered a serious head injury. He required hospital treatment and has been discharged, but is believed to require further treatment.

We have made an arrest but we understand there were multiple witnesses to this assault, some of whom may have even filmed it.
