Appeal to find wanted man and identify three others in connection with assault

Hello Resident,

We are appealing for the public’s help to find a man who is wanted in connection with an assault in Oxford.

We are also looking to identify three men who may have vital information about the assault.

We have already arrested two people in relation to the assault, one has been charged and the other released on police bail.

We will never tolerate violence in our patch, so we are committing to serving the victims and bringing the offenders to justice.
