Update on incident at Swan Theatre |

While this incident is concerning, we do believe at this current time this to be an isolated incident and want to reassure the public that this incident does not pose a risk to the wider community. Officers investigating an attempted murder incident in High Wycombe have made four arrests. . A 19-year-old man from Slough has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remain in police custody at this time. . Two 18-year-old men from Birmingham have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder remain in police custody at this time. . A 19-year-old man from Manchester has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply and remain in police custody at this time. The arrests are in connection with an incident in which officers were made aware of at around 12.30pm yesterday at the Swan Car Park, when a 19-year-old man sustained serious, but not life-threatening injuries, after being stabbed. The victim is still in hospital following treatment. Scene-watches that were put in place at the Swan Car Park and within the Eden Shopping Centre have now been lifted, but there remains an increased police presence throughout the festive period to provide visibility and reassurance as our investigation continues.
