🔵 keep bags and keys away from your letterbox or cat flap 

🔵 use a timer to automatically turn lights on

🔵 double-lock any door

🔵 make sure that any valuables are out of sight

🔵 don’t leave car documents or ID out

🔵 in the evening, shut the curtains and leave lights on

🔵 set your burglar alarm

🔵 make sure the side gate is locked

🔵 lock your shed or garage and make sure you bike is locked to a robust fitting bolt inside
