Property SHUT DOWN in Newbury!

Staying true to our word, Newbury Neighbourhood officers have today been granted a FULL Closure Order at an address on Fullers Court, Park Way, Newbury.

The order was granted by Reading Magistrates Court and the tenant has been removed from the property for a period of three months. The property has been FULLY CLOSED preventing anyone from entering while the housing association takes necessary tenancy action.

This means the local community and residents will have some respite. We hope they can enjoy the Christmas period with their families without being subjected to repeated anti-social behaviour, criminality and nuisance linked to the property.
