Image appeal following public order offence – High Wycombe

Thames Valley Police is releasing an image of a man officers wish to speak to in connection with a public order offence in High Wycombe.

Shortly after 3pm on Friday 17 October, an offender verbally abused the victim, a woman in her twenties, before kicking and causing damage to her vehicle at the junction of Churchill Close and Green Dragon Lane, Flackwell Heath. 

We believe the man pictured may have vital information to assist our investigation.
