🚨 The Dangers of Unregulated Firework Use Unregulated or careless firework use can:

Cause serious injuries including burns, blindness, and even amputations.

Trigger distress in vulnerable individuals, including those with PTSD or sensory sensitivities.

Terrify pets and wildlife.

Lead to fires and property damage.

⚖️ Offences You Could Commit You could face fines or prosecution for:

Setting off fireworks between 11pm and 7am (except on permitted nights).

Using fireworks in public places like streets or parks.

Selling or giving fireworks to anyone under 18.

Possessing professional-grade fireworks without a licence.

Causing harm or nuisance with fireworks.

Penalties include:

Unlimited fines

Up to 6 months in prison

£90 on-the-spot fines

🎉 Let’s Celebrate Safely We’re not here to spoil the fun — just to keep it safe. Please:

Attend organised displays where possible.

Inform neighbours if you're planning a home display.

Keep fireworks away from children and pets.

Never use fireworks under the influence of alcohol.

Dispose of used fireworks safely.
