Witness appeal following assault - Castle Quay

We are appealing for information following an assault in Castle Quay shopping Centre, Banbury.   

The incident occurred at between 14:15 and 15:00 on Friday 24th October 2025. 

A man in his twenties was walking in Castle Quay when a group of offenders have pushed him to the floor, pulled out weapons and verbally threatened him. 

Investigating officer, Police Constable McCabe, based at Banbury police station, said; “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV to please come forward."
