🚨 Parental Responsibility Alert 🚨

As Bonfire Night approaches, we're reminding parents/carers that you are responsible for your children's actions.

If your child is caught engaging in antisocial behaviour (ASB), especially involving fireworks, there will be consequences — including possible tenancy warnings, or even prosecution.

Fireworks are not toys. Misuse can cause serious harm, damage property, and frighten vulnerable members of our community and scare animals.

✋️  It’s illegal to set off or throw fireworks in the street or other public places. Fireworks must not be set off between 11pm and 7am.

👮‍♂️ We will be out in force. If your child is involved in ASB, expect a knock at the door.

Let’s keep our communities safe. Talk to your children. Know where they are. Know what they’re doing.
